Support

We offer free, confidential support for adults across Fife, East Lothian and Midlothian. Whether you’re looking for help with your own substance use or are concerned about someone else, we’re here to listen. Together, we’ll explore what support might help, whether that’s through one of our services or another organisation in your community.

From one-to-one support and recovery activities to groups, community connections and counselling, we’ll work alongside you to find the right support for your needs.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Taking the first step is enough.

What to expect

1

You get in touch

Call us, come and see us, or fill in our short form with a few basic details. We'll confirm we've got it within two working days.

2

We have a chat

An informal conversation about what's going on. No pressure, no judgement, and you don't have to have decided anything.

3

We agree what’s next

That might be one of our services, something another organisation runs, or both. Whatever fits, at your pace.

Get in touch

If it's your own drinking or drug use, you can talk about what's going on, get practical advice on staying safer if you're using, and work on whatever else is making things harder: housing, money, health, relationships.

If it's someone else's, you can come in your own right. We'll work with you on how it's affecting you and what would help.

Either way, if another service can help, we'll put you in touch and come along with you if that makes it easier.

Fill in our short form and we'll be in touch to arrange a first conversation.

You can also call us or come and see us. Phone numbers and times are on your area's page:
