Placements for counselling students
If you are studying counselling and ready to start your practical hours, we take trainee placements. You will carry your own small caseload with supervision throughout, and work towards a recognised alcohol counselling qualification alongside it.
Length: 1 - 2 years
Supervision: three hours a week
Who it’s for: Counselling students at college or university, ready to start placement
We work in partnership with the Scottish Alcohol Counselling Consortium (SACC), so alongside your placement you will work towards a Certificate in Advanced Alcohol Counselling Skills.
