Support in Fife

Free, confidential support for anyone 18 or over affected by alcohol or drugs, whether that's your own use or someone else's. Looking for ongoing support, or just a chat? We're here. We work closely with other services, so you only have to ask once.

You don't need to have stopped, or be ready to stop, before you come to us.

Our Fife team is based in Kirkcaldy, Levenmouth, Glenrothes and Dunfermline, and works across Fife.

Our Community Navigators can talk things through with you and help you find the right support, whether it's your own drinking or drug use or someone else's. That might be something we run or another service, and you don't need to have it worked out first.

Quickest route to support

The quickest way to access support is by dropping into one of our KY Clubs or visiting the Community Connect outreach service. No appointments are needed, and our team can help connect you with the right support.

You can also book a video or phone appointment on a Monday or Thursday between 12 noon to 4pm by calling or texting 07385 501 518.

If you prefer, you can also fill in our short form. Once we receive your referral, we’ll be in touch within two working days to discuss the support available and the next steps.

Professionals can also use our form to refer someone they support.

You have rights when you use services like ours. Know your rights sets out what they are and what you can expect from us.
